I just want you to know that I think you have a real talent for customer service. It is a real strength of yours and ASP Global would not in my opinion be losing any customers through lack of customer service. You go beyond the call of duty by working out of hours on the weekend to facilitate our shipments. You also follow up quickly and remember to touch base with a nice frequency.
